Beattyville Bourbon & Moonshine Festival

The Boneyard Well, along with the Downtown Beattyville Alliance and the Beattyville/Lee County Tourism Commission are planning a new, one a kind festival for the area. The organizers of the event are working with a team o well connected people in the bourbon industry, Steve Akley the owner of the ABV Network, a bourbon media company, and Royce Neeley, Master Distiller and owner of the Neeley Family Distillery. Through their network we hope to have distilleries from all over the state represented at our festival. The event will also include a panel of distillers telling their story, live music and tastings.
The largest export for Kentucky is Bourbon and the touring industries related to bourbon bring in visitors from all over the world. Moonshine also has a rich history in the hills and hollers of Appalachia and Beattville, Kentucky is home to a few local moonshiners.
A festival like this that combines bourbon and moonshine will be the first of its kind! Check out the festival information below as plans rolls out for the event!
